It looks beautiful but how does it sound?

The album starts with "Savanna". It marks the perfect beginning for your next half-hourly journey. The orchestra harmonizes on top and you can really feel the great upcoming atmosphere. "Base Camp" scores with its soft rhythm. It's a good placed track which leads you very smart into the "Safari". The "Safari" is like a great and bright composed goad which makes you feel kind of powerful. Listen to it yourself and you'll understand. With "Mission" comes a track that is more serious and moodier than all the other tracks. The heavy brass and rumbling drums arrange for variety. Thus it stays exciting. "Jambo Jambo" heralds inconspicuous the African with bongos. You get almost involved into this world. Great moment! "Heaven" makes you simply feel heavenly. A pure enjoyment.

The track "Masai" in the middle of the Album is a highlight and symbolizes the complete entry into this unique world. The strong, native rhythm and the fast drums in the front sound amazing! "Hunting" is like how its named. Just thrilling! "Okapi" is a high spirits tune in my opinion. A likable addition to the album. "Night Safari" is very contained as the name suggests. It is dreamy and exciting by turns and ends very nice. It seems that the new day dawns by "Hatari" which accompanies you to the next highlight named "Big Five". It's damned good composed. Just too bad that it's so short. After this great moment the end moves closer. "Sunset" heralds the emotional farewell ending with its soft retirement. So you know that your journey is as good as over. With "AFRIKA" there comes a truly condignly, epic ending. But I don't want to spoil too much from it. It's just awesome!

Game Music Hall Score: 9,5

While I've listened to this score I thought probably a hundred times "Awesome!". It really puts a spell on you. You feel like you are in Africa in person and you have these amazing moments. The orchestra did an amazing job and the tracks are as good as placed like I haven't seen for years. The amount of variety is great, too. And the ending "AFRIKA" is stunning! All in all a totally recommendation!
