Guys, seriously, would it kill you not use rapid share? you need to have a 100 minute wait load after everytime oy udownload something and it gets tiring after a while.

My uploads on rapidshare are live for years. But if I upload something on some free server, it will be live max couple weeks or months. I won't reupload all my soundtracks every month.

I have changing IP in every connect so i'm not waiting this 100 mins. Just reconnect and i can download again! biggrin.gif

The beauty of having an unsecured, wireless network close by. Download a file with my secure connection, then connect to the dumb sod's unsecure connection within my area. biggrin.gif

Aha! This explains why I never have to sit through that waiting period, lol. I'm glad I read this thread. happy.gif

I tried using Filefront for my uploads, but they were all deleted. So unfortunately, I have to put them all on Rapidshare.

I upload to mediafire and not one of my files has been deleted yet and if not they live for ever.

I Recommend MediaFire.
swordfish
yes, but mediafire is so slow :/

I think I throw in one's two cents worth. I personally prefer Megaupload because of the speed, its stable connection and no waiting time after the download. In addition it became a bit careless in terms of deleting illegal files. Rapidshare is nearly the same for me. Good speed, good connection aside from the 15 minutes waiting time. Megaupload and Rapidshare are not for nothing such famous.

And yes. Mediafire is slower than other file hosters but therefor you can download more than one files at the same time.

Oh and I really want to discourage you from Filefactory and Sendspace. These are the worst hosters for us. A lot of files get deleted within a week even if they are protected. These guys are doing their job very well.

After all you one can upload anywhere. Though the speed, the connection and the life-span have to be good.
Barnaby
I see your point but whenever i upload anything bigger that 100mb to Megaupload it crashes.

I personally think Rapidshare is the fastest and most stable filehoster. I've had a premium account with them for almost a year now and I've never been disappointed.

i agree with you buddy...rapidshare is the fastest and most stable filehoster..

I've been having lots of problems with Rapidshare. Also I think it is one of the worst. It's slow. Fifteen minutes waiting time beetween downloads. 90 seconds wait before downloads. Megaupload is better than rapidshare but Mediafire is better than both of them.
